Naming

Within the telecommunications industry, the term 'flex' typically refers to customizable bundles that allow customers to select data, voice minutes, and additional services tailored to their usage patterns. This flexibility makes these offerings more appealing compared to rigid, pre-defined plans. The name uFlex was chosen for its simplicity—short, memorable, and easy to spell—ensuring it would resonate with consumers.

To further differentiate the product, we incorporated the letter 'u', emphasizing customer-centricity and reinforcing the idea of personalization. The 'u' also subtly aligns with the 'unlimited' feature of the plan, strengthening the connection to the product’s flexible and unlimited nature.

Campaign design elements

The core design principle behind the campaign logo was adaptability. We needed the logo to stand out across multiple platforms, from digital to physical spaces, ensuring it captured attention in various environments. This adaptability guided the design choices, allowing the logo to maintain its visual strength whether displayed on a website, in-store, or on traditional media.

Additionally, elements like the USSD instructions were carefully integrated to keep the customer immersed within the uFlex visual identity. By using design consistency across all touchpoints, we ensured that customers remained engaged with the uFlex world, reinforcing brand recognition and enhancing their overall experience.
